INUIKII shoes are waterproof and you can wear them in light snow or light rain showers. The shoes already have a certain impregnation. Nevertheless, the best protection is to impregnate them again before wearing them outside. Important: do not impregnate the gloss styles as you would destroy the leather.
In order to get the best fitting pair of shoes, please always check the box "Size & Fit" on the product page. We recommend slight changes of sizing for certain product ranges. For more information please have a look at the sizing guide.
Info for winter: the shearling will adapt to your feet throughout walking and time for perfect fit.
98% of the INUIKII shoes are produced in the European Union — in Portugal and Romania. 2% is produced in China. All INUIKII shoes are crafted by hand.
We aim to restock every week depending on available products in stock or production. If your size is sold-out get notified of any restockings by entering your mail to the respective «get notified» field. In any case you’re welcome to drop us a line on email@example.com to find out more.
As we use different materials for our uppers the cleaning process always varies. If you’re not sure please take a look at our care-site for detailed manuals per material.
If you want to cancel or modify your order, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will try our best to make changes to your existing order. However, once your order is shipped from our warehouse we can’t cancel it anymore. Should the product not fit in the end, you still have the possibility to return your order.

All INUIKII products are shipped from Germany. Although we are a Swiss brand and company, we have a strong and extensive international presence. Shipping out of Germany allows shorter delivery times with no delays caused by customs clearance within the EU.
All national and international deliveries are shipped DDP (Duty Delivery Paid) with no extra customs fees. Please visit Shipping for further information on (free) shipping.

You’re not charged for any customs or import fees — we cover everything. If this is not the case upon the arrival of your product, please get in touch with firstname.lastname@example.org in order to get the additional fee cancelled.

The shipping costs vary by country. We offer free shipping for some countries, for others we charge a small shipping fee. The exact shipping costs will be showed after adding the product to your basket.

We’re working with UPS, DHL and also FedEx. From the moment, your order leaves our warehouse you will receive the goods not later than 5 days (expect holidays). All orders are processed Monday through Friday.
Please note that delivery times may be extended during and around the holidays. Not only due to external factors, but also because we would like to give our employees a holiday off.
As soon as your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number by mail. With the tracking number on your order confirmation, you will be able to track your shipment and will be informed of the approximate delivery date.
All goods must be returned within 14 days after reception.
Yes, for each return you will be charged between € 10 - 15. Please follow the steps here to return your purchase or parts of it. In any case you need assistance we’re here to help: email@example.com
You have to make sure the goods are not worn; all labels are on the product and that you have repacked it carefully. Please take a look at the return instructions that you’ve received with your package. If you do not follow the above point we might withhold a certain amount of the refund to cover extra work and replacements.
An exchange is not possible. Instead, you can place a new order and return the products that do not fit according to the guidelines. Please ensure that the products to be returned are unworn and in their original packaging.
Your money will be refunded after a quality assessment is performed in our warehouse. This will be done up to one week after receipt of the goods. Once the returns are checked, the refund can take up to 14 days. For any updates or questions during this process, please contact our service team.
